I am a cozy 4 bedroom home with a nice porch on the front for rockers in the evening and a wonderful and unusual backyard that is shady and fun  for picnics, after school snacks, lawn chairs and tables or yard swings with a privacy fence.  I am also carpet free with laminate flooring throughout for easy cleaning and maybe helpful for allergy suffers.  I have 2 baths and ready for my New Owner.  What better place to be than located near a park with a new play area in the last few years.  I am a newer home to the area,  like some of the homes across from me.  I was built in 2008.  I have some new paint on the exterior and some new paint on the interior along with some nice new lighting.  I am excited for my new owners.  Come see me and let Glinda know if I am the one your clients picked today.
