This land can be combined with the property adjacent to the north for approximately 1700 acres. Cattle have been ran and deer hunted since the old homestead has been around so there are lots of opportunities with this place for recreation and ranching. The land was originally bought in the 1800s and has been passed down but it is now time to find a new owner. Not only is it one of the few large plots available in this part of the country it has a little history with the town of Rocksprings. Lemuel Henderson was the original owner of 19 sections and this was the place he left to his youngest daughter. The neighboring property has a well that the rancher says has never ran dry but this property currently doesn't have one on it. Fences all the way around are good and there are a couple cross roads going through it plus the county road that runs along its north border.
